What is the Serena™ Signature Dry Body Brush?
A firm bristle brush made for use on dry skin before you shower. You work over the arms, legs and torso in long slow strokes. There is nothing to switch on, nothing to apply and nothing to rinse off afterwards.
Will it feel scratchy?
The first few strokes feel brisk, a bit like a firm hand towel. Most people settle into it quickly and find it wakes the skin up. Do not brush over broken, sunburnt or irritated skin.
How often should I use it?
Once a day suits most people, usually in the morning before the shower. If your skin is on the sensitive side, start every second day and build from there.
Which parts of my body can I brush?
Arms, legs, torso and back. Skip your face, skip your chest if it feels tender, and avoid any area with broken or irritated skin.
How do I look after the brush?
Tap the bristles out after each use to shake off loose skin, and keep it somewhere dry between sessions. Do not soak it or leave it in the shower, because constant moisture is what ruins a brush.
