How long does a session run?
Fifteen minutes, then it stops on its own. Most people use it once in an evening, though there is no limit on how often you can put it on.
Is it comfortable to wear?
The dome is smooth cream fabric with a padded feel and a ventilation strip, and the strap has a slider buckle so you can set the tension where you like it. The press is gentle rather than firm.
